Rice Paper Seaweed Chips
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
2 rice paper sheets
1 nori sheet (dried seaweed)
Vegetable oil, as needed (for frying)
Salt, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Dip a rice paper sheet in the water to soften.

2. Place the rice paper sheet (1) on the nori sheet to stick them together. Rest for a few hours to dry.

3. Cut the sheet (2) into bite-size pieces with scissors. Fry them in the oil. Season the chips with salt.

4. Enjoy!
