1 cup rice/jeera rice/pulav
2 boiled potatoes
1/2 onion finely chopped
1/2 capsicum finely chopped
1 carrot grated
Fresh coriander
Salt
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
1/2 tsp cumin/jeera powder
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp lemon juice/aamchoor powder
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp cornflour/cornstarch/besan
Oil for frying
