JEERA MATTER CASHEW NUT PULAO, PANEER TIKKATake 2 cups of basmati rice in a bowl Add 3 ½ cup of waterAdd ½ cup of mintAdd ½ cup of coriander leavesAdd 4 green chilliesAdd 1tsp of crushed ginger & garlicAdd 1tsp of salt and mix it.Heat a pan add 1tsp of cumin seedsAdd 1 tbs of cashew nuts and dry roast it.Then add 1 tsp of butterAdd 2 tbs of green peas and mix it.Put in to a bowl.Then add this mixture in to rice cooker and cook it.In a bowl add ½ cup of curdAdd 1 tsp of biryani masalaAdd pinch of salt and mix it.Add this mixture into the rice cookerAnd put on lid.PANEER TIKKA;-Take the tooth picks and press the onion,Capsicum, tomato, and paneer keep a side.Take a bowl add 1tbs of hung curdAdd ½ tsp of kasoori methi powderAdd 2 pinches of cumin powderAdd 2 pinches of garam masalaAdd ½ tsp of red chilli powderAdd ½ tsp of coriander powderAdd ½ tsp of chat masalaAdd ½ tsp of ginger garlic pasteAdd some salt (required)Add 1tsp of butter and mix it like a paste.Then coat this mixture in to the paneer pieces.In a pan apply the mustard oilAnd arrange the pieces and cook it all sides.Then put the hot charcoal in to the panAnd add 1 tsp of gheeTransfer in to a plate.Now serve pulao with paneer tikka.Paneertikka #jeerapulao #vahchef
