Rice Cooker Pandan Chiffon Cake 电子锅班兰戚风蛋糕 *EP7 | Emilee's Kitchen 愛米丽厨房

This is an easier version of making chiffon cake - by using a rice cooker to bake a chiffon cake. To me, it has higher successful rate than the oven version. It comes out so soft and fluffy. Is a must try recipe.

Ingredients A: 材料A:
4 egg yolks (55g whole egg)
40g sugar
60g oil
60g milk
100g cake flour
1/4tsp pandan essence

Ingredients B:
4 egg whites
40g sugar
