Rice Cooker - Lunch Box - Paneer Pulao With Chilly Potato - Biryani Rice Method - with Curry Recipe | Vahchef - VahRehVah

Lunch Box daily recipe quick curry and potato chilli subji with rice cooker pulao for every day cooking
RICE COOKER CAPSICUM PANEER BIRYANI & CHILLE POTATO AND CURRY GRAVY

Take the 2 cups of rice in a bowl
Add 3 ½ cups of water
Add ½ tsp of shahjeera
Add whole garam masala
Add some salt and mix it.
Then add ½ cup of mint
Add 1cup of curd
And mix it.
Pour this rice in to the rice cooker
And add 1tb spn of butter and cook it.
Heat a pan add 1tb spn of oil
Add ½ cup of chopped onions
Add some salt and cook it.
Add ½ tsp of turmeric powder
Add ½ tsp of coriander powder
Add ½ tsp of red chilli powder
Add 2 tb spn of cashew nut, melon seed paste
And mix it nicely.
Then add 1cup of water
Add 1cup of curd and cook for 3 minutes.
Now add 1tsp of biryani masala
Add 1cup of paneer pieces
Add pinch of salt
Add 1cup of capsicum pieces and mix it.
Pour this mixture in to the rice cooker
And put on lid.
In the left over gravy add pinch of salt
Add water and add some coriander leaves
transfer in to a bowl
Finally add some red chilli oil on the top.
CHILLY POTATO;-
First boil the potatoes. Mash the potato and keep a side.
In a pan add 1tb spn of oil
Add ½ cup of chopped onions
Add some salt and cook for 2 minutes.
Then add ½ tsp of turmeric powder
Add 1 cup of mashed potato
Add 1 tsp of red chilli powder
Add 4 green chillies
Add 1 tb spn of coriander leaves
And mix it nicely.
Now serve the biryani with chilli potato
