Rice Cake Skewer

Tteok = Rice Cake
Kkochi = Skewer

If you made my tteokbokki recipe last week, you can basically use the SAME ingredients to make tteokggochi.

Just want to make sure you guys can cook efficiently, waste no ingredients, and learn to cook with similar ingredients & spices.

Out of ALLLLL the korean street food, this is my FAVORITE OF ALL.

The crispy tteok is SARANG~

Note: be careful and go light on the heat when crispin the rice cake cuz that jawn can pop & fly EVERYWHERE.
