INGREDIENTS
Pork ginger grilled rice ball
material:
Warm rice 1 go
Pork belly sliced (cut into 3cm width) 150g
1 tablespoon sake
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon ginger
1 tsp sesame oil
Process cheese (2cm square) 15g
1 tablespoon white sesame
4 glues

PREPARATION:
1. Add sesame oil to a frying pan, heat over medium heat, add pork and fry.

2. When the color of the meat changes, add sake, sugar, soy sauce, and ginger and cook.

3. In a bowl, add rice, (2), processed cheese and sesame seeds and mix quickly.

4. Put it on the wrap, wrap it in a triangle, roll the glue, and you're done!

Salmon butter soy sauce rice ball

INGREDIENTS:
Warm rice 1 go
1 slice of salmon
1 teaspoon of salad oil
4 leaves (shredded)
10g butter
1 tsp soy sauce
A little salt
A little pepper
4 glues

PREPARATION:
1. Add salad oil to a frying pan, heat over medium heat, add salmon and bake on both sides.

2. Remove the coarse heat and loosen it with a fork. (Remove any bones.)

3. Put the rice, butter, soy sauce, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix thoroughly until the butter is dissolved.

4. (2), add the large leaves and mix quickly.

5. Put it on the wrap, wrap it in a triangle, roll the glue, and you're done!
