Ingredients
Bengal Gram Flour: 1 Cup
`Rice Flour: 1 Cup
Garlic Cloves: 7 to 8 No's
Cumin Seeds: 1/2 Teaspoon
Chili Powder: 1 Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder: 1/4 Teaspoon
Salt: 1 Teaspoon
Oil: required for deep frying

Method of Preparation:
Initially to a mixie jar add 7 to 8 Garlic Cloves, 1/2 a Tsp of Cumin Seeds add some water and grind it into a fine paste..
Sieve the Garlic mixture and place the sieved water in a bowl for a while.
To a mixing Bowl add 1 Cup of Bengal Gram Flour & a Cup of Rice flour.
Add 1 Tsp of Chili Powder, 1/4 Tsp of Turmeric Powder, 1 Tsp of Salt or as needed.
Then, add 1 Tbs of Hot Oil to maake them crisp, adjust tase accordingly.
Now, add Garlic and Cumin ground water to the flour along with some water.
Mix them all and knead it into a tight dough.
Heat Oil in a pan for deep frying, Take the Mold/ Muruku Maker grease it with some Oil.
Take a small portion of the dough and fill it in the Mold with ribbon shaped mold plate in it.
Place the lid mold and directly press/release the dough in the Oil.
Fry them all on all the sides till brown & crisp.
Ribbon Pakodi is ready, a tasty snack.
