Kadai Paneer Saag:-
For Making Paneer

Ingredients:-
Milk - 1 litre
Vinegar - 1 tb spn
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Kadai masala - 1 tsp
Method:-
Bring Milk To a boil , add some salt and kadai masala. Now add Vinegar little by little till all the milk curdles.
Now strain the milk solids from whey using a muslin cloth. Put some weight on the on that cloth as shown and leave it for 30 minutes.

Kadai Gravy
Ingredients:-
Red chillies- 10
Coriander seeds - 2 tb spn
Peppercorn - 1 tsp
Cardamom - 3
Black Cardamom - 1
Kasuri methi - pinch
Butter - 30g
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli powder - 1 tb spn
Tomatoes(chopped) - 3
Onions(sliced) - 1
Garlic (chopped) - 6 pods
Nutmeg - Pinch



Method:-
Take pan add red chillies, coriander seeds, pepper, green cardamom, black cardamom and dry roast it till nice aroma comes out of it, add kasuri methi in the last and groun it into coarse powder and store it in a glass bottle and use whenever it is required.

Take a pan , add butter, cumin seeds, crushed kadai masala and saute it for a minute, then add chilli powder and chopped tomatoes. Cook it closed till the tomatoes turn soft.
In a Kadai add oil and sliced onions and salt, chopped garlic, nutmeg, turmeric. Cook it till the onions turn golden colour. Then add spinach and mix it well. Cook it for 2 minutes. Now add the cooked tomatoes to the onion palak masala and also add Paneer and mix it well. Add whey water if needed. In the last add Fresh Cream as shown and finish it off with some coriander leaves and serve it with hot rice or pulka
