Pan fry or deep fry them and set aside. Fry onions, ginger, garlic, cardamom seeds, spices, Cashews and blend them to have onion base.Then heat a little bit oil and fry bay leaf. Add tomatoes and fry them. Add onion base and mix well until reduced further. Add water as per your liking of gravy consistency. Mix in Yogurt. Add potatoes and simmer until they are tender. Season with garam masala and fenugreek leaves. Add Cilantro leaves and serve.
