Place sweetened condensed milk in the fridge to keep cold2. Beat cold heavy cream on medium in a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment (or using a hand mixer) until stiff peaks form.3. Turn down the speed a little and pour the condensed milk into the whipped cream. (Stir in vanilla extract now if desired). 4. Now you have your ice cream base you can add in your desired flavors and fixing. GO NUTS! Experiment and enjoy creating something that is all you. 5. Place in a large resealable container and freeze at least 6 hours or overnight before eating. For the Red Velvet Flavor:INGREDIENTS2 cup (16oz/ 450g) base regular ice cream recipe 1 tbsp Cocoa powder 3 tsp1tsp ground Cinnamon 1/2 tsp 1 tsp vanilla extract 3-4 tsp red food dye (Gel color preferrably because you used less) cup (2oz/60g) Cream cheese frosting METHOD1. Place 2 cups of your ice cream base in a large bowl. Mix all of the Red Velvet ingredients together minus the frosting. Swirl in the frosting at the end and try and maintain the ripples. Taste and then freeze for 6 hours or over night. Enjoy, and Happy Valentine's Day!
