Red Pumpkin Chocolate Fingers

An innovative chocolate recipe which you can make on any occasion with this healthy ingredient. An easy to make recipe which can be made by anyone. Do try this recipe at home for your loved once.

Ingredient Quantity
Red pumpkin 250 grams
Water 1 ltr.
Sugar 3 tbsp
Dark chocolate 100 gm.
Cinnamon sticks 1 inch
Star Anise 1 no.

Method:
1. Peeled and cut the red pumpkin into 2 inch fingers.

2. Prick the pumpkin finger with the help of toothpick and keep it
aside.

3. Boil 1 ltr. Water in a pan; add pumpkin finger and cook for 3-4
min. or till pumpkins are soft.

4. After 3-4 min. remove some water from the pan and add sugar,
mix well and cook in low flame for another 4-5 min.

5. Add cinnamon sticks and star anise, mix well and cook for
1min.

6. Remove pumpkin fingers along with sugar syrup in bowl and
keep it aside for 4-5 hours.

7. After 4-5 hours drain the pumpkin fingers from the syrup and
keep it aside.

8. Meanwhile, melt chocolate in the microwave up to 15-20 sec.

9. Fix the toothpick onto the pumpkin fingers and coat them
evenly with the chocolate sauce and sprinkle some edible
sliver ball all over the fingers.

10. Transfer the pumpkin chocolate fingers on butter paper or
silicone sheet and refrigerate for 6-8 min.

11. Transfer onto a serving plate and serve.
