SPROUTED MUNG BEAN
RAW FOOD SALAD RECIPE
w/ LEMON GARLIC DRESSING!

* I n g r e d i e n t s *


For the SALAD:
1-2 bunches Parsley, chopped
2-3 cups Mung Beans, soaked for 24 hrs, then sprouted for 24 hrs
2 cups Cherry Tomatoes
1 cup Black Olives, sliced


For the DRESSING:
2-3 Lemons, juiced
cup Olive Oil
4-5 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 teaspoon Sea Salt
Cayenne Pepper, to taste



* P r e p *

1) For the salad, combine the parsley, mung beans, tomatoes & black olives into a salad bowl.

2) For the dressing, combine the lemon juice, olive oil, garlic cloves, sea salt, and cayenne pepper to taste in your favorite blender (I usually use a Vitamix blender). http://BLENDERS.life-regenerator.com

3) Toss the dressing over the salad, serve, and enjoy!
