Raw Food Recipe - Raw Burgers

1 cups almonds
1 cups pecans
3 large carrots
1 med brown onion
2 handfuls parsley
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 tsp salt
3 tsp fresh rosemary
2 tsp curry powder

Add everything to the food processor and process until finely chopped and well mixed.
Shape into burgers between 1/2-3/4 inch (you can use the metal rings)
Place on the mesh directly and dehydrate for about 2 hours. Turn and leave as much as you want... it was only about 3 hours when we had them for lunch at the retreat but they can be left up to 8 hours to store them for later...
