Cantaloupe Fresh Salsa Recipe + Raw Vegan 'Chips'

This salsa tastes better than you can imagine...

* I n g r e d i e n t s *
1 1/2 cups chopped tomatoes
1 cup chopped cantaloupe
1 bunch Cilantro, chopped
1/4 to 1/2 cup chopped Onions
1 clove Garlic
1 dash Sea Salt
A few squeezes of a Lime
1 Zucchini / Courgette, sliced into 'chips'


* P r e p a r a t i o n *
1) Except for the zucchini, add all ingredients to your food processor (this is the Cuisinart I use: http://bit.ly/y7RO7)

2) Blend until desired consistency is reached.

3) Serve your raw salsa with your zucchini slices as your raw chips, and enjoy!

As you can see, your kids will love how this healthy snack tastes!
