Raw Banana Tikkis Recipe | Kach Kolar Tikki/Cutlet | Scroll Recipe
Ingredient:
• 2 TBSP oil + 3 TBSP for fry
• 1 TSP cumin seeds
• 1 TBSP onion paste
• 1 TSP garlic paste
• 1 TSP red chilli powder
• Boiled raw banana 2 cup
• salt to taste
• Grated panner ½ cup
• 1 TSP mango powder
• 1 Roasted cumin and coriander powder
• Fresh coriander leaves

Process
• Heat the pan and oil
• Add 1 TSP cumin seeds
• Add 1 TBSP onion paste
• Add 1 TSP garlic paste
• Add 1 TSP red chilli powder
• Add boiled raw banana
• Mix it nicely
• Add salt to taste
• Add grated paneer
• Add 1 TSP mango powder
• Add roasted cumin and coriander powder
• Add fresh coriander leaves
• Mix it nicely
• Keep it cool
• Take a small portion of raw banana mix
• Give a tikki shape
• Refrigerate it for 20 mints
• coat it nicely with bread crumb
• Heat non-stick tawa add oil
• Shallow fry
• Serve hot
