RATALYACHA CHIVDAIngredients4 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and gratedOil for deep frying1 cup raw peanuts30-40 curry leaves10-15 green chillies, slitRock salt to taste2 tsps red chilli powderMethod1. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Add the grated sweet potatoes and deep fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper and set aside.2. Add raw peanuts in the same oil and deep fry till golden brown. Drain on the same absorbent paper and set aside.3. Deep fry the curry leaves and green chillies in the same oil and drain on the same absorbent paper.4. Transfer all the ingredients in a bowl and sprinkle rock salt and red chilli powder and toss well. Allow to cool.5.
