RASPBERRY MERINGUE TART CUPCAKES - The Scran Line

Guys I've been trying to find any excuse to use freeze dried raspberries and so I made up these yummy cupcakes with raspberry jam in the centre, a swirl of my marshmallow meringue frosting which is toasted and and has those yummy, gorgeous brightly coloured freeze dried raspberries!
