Boiled Toor dal 1 tbsp
Red Chilli 4
Green Chilli 2
Curry leaves
Oil 1 tsp
Ghee- tsp
Jaggery optional
To Grind:-
Garlic 6
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Pepper corn tsp

Instant Rasam :
Tomato - 1
Tamarind Small amla size
Red Chilli 4
Turmeric powder a pinch
Oil 1 tsp
Ghee tsp
Jaggery a pinch
To Grind:-
Garlic 6
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Pepper corns tsp
Curry leaves
For Seasoning:-
Mustard & Cumin seed tsp
Fenugreek seed tsp
Asafoetida a pinch

Coriander Rasam :
Tomato 1
Green Chilli 2
Red Chilli 2
Tamarind small amla size
Boiled Toor dal 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Jaggery a pinch
To Grind:-

Cumin seed 1 tsp
Pepper corns tsp

Tomato Rasam :
Boiled tomato 1
Tamarind a little
Turmeric powder a pinch
Boiled Toor dal 1 tbsp
Jaggery (or) Sugar a pinch
Salt to taste
To Grind:-
Garlic 5
Red Chilli 2
Pepper Corn tsp
Cumin seed 1 tsp
