Rasam Chutney with Instant Idli
INGREDIENTS:
Peanut - 100gms
Red chillies - 3 nos.
Tamarind - 3 pieces
Salt - As per taste
Curd - 1 cup
Fruit salt - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Red chillies - 4 nos.
Urad dal - 250gms.
Curry leaves - 1 spring
Onions - 1 no.
Coriander leaves - 1 bunch
Rasam powder - 3 tsp
DIRECTIONS:
Dry roast the peanuts and transfer into a blender and add red chillies, tamarind, salt make into a fine paste.

Take urad dal batter in a bowl, and add soaked idli rava, salt, curd, fruit salt mix it well and pour in idli plates and cook it for 10 minutes in an idli steamer.

For the Tempering:

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, red chillies, urad dal, curry leaves, onions, salt, coriander leaves, rasam powder. Saute it and pour into the chutney and make it to rasam consistency.

Healthy and tasty Instant Idli ready to serve with rasam chutney.
