Rasam Chutney with Instant IdliINGREDIENTS:Peanut - 100gmsRed chillies - 3 nos.Tamarind - 3 piecesSalt - As per tasteCurd - 1 cupFruit salt - 1 tspMustard seeds - 1 tspRed chillies - 4 nos.Urad dal - 250gms.Curry leaves - 1 spring Onions - 1 no.Coriander leaves - 1 bunchRasam powder - 3 tspDIRECTIONS:Dry roast the peanuts and transfer into a blender and add red chillies, tamarind, salt make into a fine paste. Take urad dal batter in a bowl, and add soaked idli rava, salt, curd, fruit salt mix it well and pour in idli plates and cook it for 10 minutes in an idli steamer. For the Tempering: Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, red chillies, urad dal, curry leaves, onions, salt, coriander leaves, rasam powder. Saute it and pour into the chutney and make it to rasam consistency.
