How to make vegetable sandwiches
Ingredients
1.carrots grated(1/2kg)
2.cabbage(1/2)
3.capsucum(2-3)
4.salt(1/2tsp)
5.black pepper powder(1/2 tsp)
6.vinegar(3tbsp)
7.hot sauce(3tbsp)
8.soya sauce(2 tbsp)
9.ketchup(1/4 cup)
10.mayyonaise(1/4 cup)
12.sandwich bread(1 large)
13.garlic chopped (1 clove)
Method
1.fry chopped garlic in 2 tbsp oil till it gets golden in colour.
2.add all the vegetables n salt n pepper cook on high flame for 2 minutes .
3.let it summer for 2 minutes onow flame with covered lid.
4.add vinegar ,Diya sauce n chilli sauce n cook on high flame till the sauces get dried.
5.turn the flame off.
6.add ketchup n mayyonaisr n mix.
7.fill this batter in bread slices n make sandwiches in sandwich maker
