Raksha Bandhan Special Veg Thali | No Onion No Garlic Raksha Bandhan Veg Thali Recipe | Indian Mom's Kitchen

This Raksha Bandhan Special Veg Thali is very easy to make at home. It has a sweet dish, Shahi Tukda, which can be made very quickly along with Chole, Paneer masala, Aloo Tikki Dahi Chaat, Corn Pulao and Pooris. Though it looks elaborate, it is a very simple Veg Thali and can easily be assembled and served to all your loved ones in quick time.

Ingredients in the order of instructions:
SHAHI TUKDA
8 slices of sandwich bread
1/2 cup Milk powder
1/2 liter Milk
1/2 cup Sugar
1 tsp Cardamom powder
1 tsp Cornflour
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Water
1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
Chopped Almonds

CHOLE
2 Tomatoes
2 Green Chillies
1-inch piece of Ginger
3 tbsp Mustard Oil
3 Bay leaves
1 tsp Cumin
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli powder
1 tsp Chole Masala
1/2 tsp Amchur
1/2 tsp Garam masala
2 cups cooked Chole
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves

PANEER MASALA
A handful of Cashew nuts
2 Green Chillies
1-inch piece of Ginger
3 large Tomatoes
3 tbsp Oil
1 Cinnamon stick
2 Cardamoms
2 Cloves
2 Bay leaves
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp Red Chilli powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 cup Curd
1/2 cup Water
200 gms Paneer
Salt to taste
A little Sugar
1 tsp Garam masala
1/2 cup Fresh Cream
Coriander leaves

ALOO TIKKI DAHI CHAAT
3 tbsp Poha
3 boiled Potatoes
2 Green Chillies
1 tsp Chilli flakes
1/4 tsp Garam masala
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves
1 cup Curd
Salt to taste
Green chutney as required
Khatta Meetha chutney as required

CORN PULAO
1 cup Rice
1/2 cup Corn
2 tsp Ghee
1 Cinnamon stick
2 Cardamoms
2 Cloves
1 tsp Cumin
1 tbsp Kasuri Methi
Salt to taste
