This is a simple curry that goes best with steamed rice.Ingredients:2 tbsp Oil2 tbsp Ginger, chopped2 tbsp Garlic, chopped3 Onions, chopped4 Tomatoes, chopped1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder2 tsp Coriander Seeds Powder1 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder1 tsp Garam Masala Powder2 Cups Kidney Beans (Rajma), boiledSalt to tasteMethod:- In a pan heat some oil.- Add chopped ginger and garlic. Saute for a minute.- Add chopped onions and mix well. Let the onions become golden brown. Then add tomatoes. Mix everything well.- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander & cumin seeds powder.
