1.Well cooked rajma paste
2.Warm water soaked soya bean nuggets
3.Hang curd
4.Saffron milk
5.Rose water
6.Desi ghee
7.Kabab masala
8.Salt approx
9.Ginger garlic paste
10.Golden fried crispy onion
11.raw onion fried slice

Prantha for the base -

Refind flour + saffron milk+ little salt and sugar powder make dough same like the samosa and cook flat big coin size bread .

Kabab masala -
Dry rose petals + home fresh ground gram masala + mild kashmiri mirch powder .
