Ingredients:- / सामग्री
1 Cup Rajgira atta:
2 Potatoes (medium) peeled & mashed
1/2 Tsp Chopped green chilli:
1/2 Tsp Grated ginger
1 Tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
Sendha Namak (Rock Salt) to taste
2 Tbsp Ghee
Oil to deep fry

Method of preparation
● Put the mashed potatoes in a bowl.
● Add all the other ingredients including the rajgira atta and make a dough.
● Make small balls of it. Roll in-between plastic sheet.
● Heat oil to fry. Once the oil is heated, gently fry the kachoris till they are puffed up.
● Your Rajgiri Ki Kachoriya are ready!!
