Rajasthani Mirchi Vada - Popular Bajji Recipe | Kanak's Kitchen [HD]

Today I am sharing this popular Snack of Rajasthan also known as Jodhpuri Mirchi Vada. Green peppers stuffed with a masala aloo filling and deep fried.

Ingredients:

6 Large Green Chillies
2 Big Boiled Potatoes
Salt to Taste
1 Green Chilli Finely Chopped
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1/2 tsp dry Mango Powder
1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
1/4 tsp asafortida
1 tsp crushed fenned seeds
Some fresh coriander
1 cup chickpea flour/gramflour
1/8 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp turmeric powder
Water as desired
Oil for frying
