Raindrop Cake with Shine Muscat Grapes
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
250ml water
15g granulated sugar
8g agar
Some shine muscat grapes

A
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Some edible silver dust

PREPARATION
1. Mix granulated sugar and agar in a bowl.

2. Put water in a pot. Add (1) into the pot and heat until melted. Let cool.

3. Pour (2) into a sphere ice mold and place some grapes. Rest in the freezer to set.

4. Mix all A ingredients in a bowl.

5. Remove (3) from the mold. Pour (4) over the raindrop cakes.

6. Enjoy!
