Ingredients:
Ragi flour: 1 cup
Rice flour: ½ cup
Whole wheat flour: ¼ cup
Sprouts: ¼ cup
Turmeric powder: 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Coriander powder: 1 teaspoon
Chopped ginger: 1 teaspoon
Finely chopped green chilli: ½ teaspoon
Chilli powder: 1 teaspoon
Finely chopped coriander leaves: 1 tablespoon
Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tablespoons
Water as required
Fruit salt: 1 teaspoon

Method of Preparation:
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together and make a thick batter. Add the fruit salt at the end once you have a smooth batter.
- Heat the steamer and grease an idli mould with oil.
- Pour the batter in the idli mould.
- Steam the idlis for 10 to 12 minutes or until they are done.
- Let them cool for few minutes and they are ready to go in the tiffin box.

Almonds and kiwi (or any fruit of your choice).
