Spread the love! :) Download our App - http://bit.ly/DownloadIndiaFoodNetworkApp Ingredients:Ragi flour: 1 cupRice flour: ½ cupWhole wheat flour: ¼ cupSprouts: ¼ cupTurmeric powder: 1 teaspoonSalt to tasteCoriander powder: 1 teaspoonChopped ginger: 1 teaspoonFinely chopped green chilli: ½ teaspoonChilli powder: 1 teaspoonFinely chopped coriander leaves: 1 tablespoonKissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tablespoonsWater as required Fruit salt: 1 teaspoonMethod of Preparation:- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together and make a thick batter. Add the fruit salt at the end once you have a smooth batter. - Heat the steamer and grease an idli mould with oil.- Pour the batter in the idli mould. - Steam the idlis for 10 to 12 minutes or until they are done.- Let them cool for few minutes and they are ready to go in the tiffin box.Tiffin Siders: Almonds and kiwi (or any fruit of your choice).
