For stuffing:
Urad dal - 1 cup
Green chillies - 3
Ginger - 2 inch
Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
Asafoetida (hing)- 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Roasted masala powder - 1 tbsp
Cooking oil - 3 tbsp

Roasted Masala Powder -
Cumin seeds - 2 tbsp
Fennel seeds (saunf)- 2 tbsp
Dry red chilli - 6

For dough :
All purpose flour - 3 cups
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Cooking oil - 3 tsp
Warm water for kneading

For Aloo Curry:
Potatoes - 4
Soaked dry peas - 1/2 cup
Green chillies- 2
Dry red chilli - 2
Asafoetida-1/4 tsp
Panchforon - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder -1 tsp
Salt to taste
Roasted masala powder -1 tbsp
Cooking oil - 3 tbsp
