Rabdi In 10 Minutes / Sweet recipes | Indian Mom's Kitchen

This Indian Sweet dish is just out of this world. Let me show how easily you can make it at home and that too in only 10 minutes. Ideal to serve unexpected guests.

ingredients:
1/2 litre Full Cream Milk
1/4 cup chopped Nuts
1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
2 tsp Cornflour
1/4 cup grated Mava
4 tbsp Sugar
Yellow colour

Method: Boil the Milk. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add Sugar, Cardamom powder, a pinch of Yellow colour and Cornflour. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Add grated Mava and stir well. Once it thickens remove from flame, allow it to cool and add chopped nuts. Rabdi is ready. Serve garnished with nuts.
