To be blended into a smooth paste (using a little water)2 cups roughly chopped tomatoes1 cup roughly chopped onions2 tsp roughly chopped ginger (adrak)4 cloves garlic (lehsun) 2 tsp chilli powderOther ingredients2½ cups boiled and peeled baby potatoes3 tbsp oil1 stick cinnamon (dalchini)4 cloves (laung / lavang)4 cardamom (elaichi)¼ cup fresh cream1 tsp sugarSalt to taste1. Heat the oil in a non-stick kadhai, add the cinnamon, cloves and cardamom and sauté on a medium flame for a few seconds.2. Add the prepared paste and cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring continuously.3. Add the fresh cream, sugar, salt and potatoes, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring continuously. Serve hot.
