Ingredients --
Milk - 1/2 ltr
Kesar / Saffron - 1 pinch
Cardamom - 2
Gobindo bhog rice - 1/3 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Khoya Kheer - 1/4 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
Rose water - 1/3 tsp
Ghee - 1 tsp
Can be decorated with cashew, raisins, almonds, pista, etc.
