Oil 2 tbsp
Seekh Kebab 3 no.
Schezwan Sauce 2 tbsp
Tomato Ketchup 2 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Bread Slices 2-4 no.
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
Method
1. Heat oil in a pan, add seekh kebab and saute well.
2. Add schezwan sauce, tomato ketchup and saute well.
3. Apply butter and mayonnaise on bread slices and then and seekh kebab.
4. Heat oil in a pan, grill the sandwiches.
5. Serve.
