Little glasses filled with pieces of yummy cake, fruits and topped with whipped cream, is a perfect dessert to impress your guests.

QUICK FRUIT TRIFLE

Ingredients

1 ripe mango
Pomegranate pearls as required
1 medium red apple
100 grams chocolate cake sponge
100 grams vanilla cake sponge
Sugar syrup as required
1 cup whipped cream
Dark chocolate chips for sprinkling

Method

1. Cut chocolate cake sponge into small pieces and put few pieces into individual triangle glasses. Similarly, cut vanilla cake sponge and put into the glasses.
2. Pour 1-1½ tbsps sugar syrup over the sponge pieces.
3. Peel, deseed and cut mango into small pieces and put few pieces along with some pomegranate pearls on top of sponge pieces.
4. Deseed and cut apple into small pieces and put into the glasses.
5. Fill a piping bag fitted with star nozzle with whipped cream and pipe out on top of fruit mixture.
6. Sprinkle some dark chocolate chips on top and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
7. Serve chilled.
