Try it!QUICK CHICKEN KADAIIngredients750 grams chicken legs, cut into 2 pieces on the bone½ cup oilSalt to taste1 tbsp ginger- garlic paste2 tomatoes, halved¾ tsp red chilli powderA pinch of turmeric powder1 tsp coriander powder1 tsp Tata Sampann Chicken Masala1½ tsps red chilli flakes¼ tsp black pepper powder2 tbsps yogurt1 tsp dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi) Sliced green chillies for garnishGinger strips for garnishCoriander sprigs for garnishMethod1. Heat oil in iron kadai. Add salt, chicken and cook on high heat for 4-5 minutes or till chicken turns golden brown.2. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a few seconds.3. Add tomatoes, ½ cup water and let the mixture come to a boil.4. Remove the skin from the tomatoes and mash them in the gravy itself.5. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander, Tata Sampann Chicken Masala and mix well.6. Add red chilli flakes and black pepper powder and mix well.7. Add yogurt and mix well. Crush dried fenugreek leaves in palms and add to the chicken.8. Cook for 5-6 minutes.9. Transfer in a serving bowl.
