Add onions. Add spices. Mix well. Add veggies. Thoroughly mix. Add quinoa. Add water. Cover the pressure cooker and may be give 1-2 whistles. Let the cooker cool down and then open. Garnish with cilantro leaves and serve with pickles, raita or chutney
