It's time to have some phun. You Enjoy Myself. INGREDIENTS: • Cooked white rice • Cilantro- chopped • Chicken breast • Chipotle adobo • 1 Large tortilla • 1 Regular sized tortilla • Shredded sharp cheddar cheese • Sprinkle your cilantro into your rice and mix. Set aside. • Sear your chicken and toss in some chipotle sauce. Add about ½ a cup of water, cover, place on low heat and until fully cooked. Remove. Shred. Set aside. • Sprinkle cheese over your large tortilla and place the smaller tortilla over it. • Layer on your filling, roll it up and grill on both sides.
