Pyaz ke Bharwan pakodey/Royals da Swaad/Onion Pakodey | chefharpalsingh

Stuffed pyaz ke Pakodey is a unique twist to simple onion fritters, they look like doughnuts and are simple to make, try it out.

Recipe
Onions 4 large onions
Boiled potato 1 large potato
Freshly Chopped Coriander leaves 1 Tablespoon
Dabur Hommade Dilli ki Hari Chutney 1 Tablespoon
Besan 11/2 cup
Lg Hing 1/4 teaspoon
Ajwain 1/2 teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder 1/2 teaspoon
Haldi Powder 1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Oil for Frying
Green Chutney for accompaniment

Method
1. Cut one cm thick roundals of Onions. Remove the rings into individual roundals and pair them with one large and one small so that there is enough space for filling.
2. In the boiled potatoes, mix Daburhommade Dilli ki Hari Chutney, Fresh coriander and stuff between the two roundals and store them in Panasonic Refrigerator.
3. Now make a batter of besan, Lg Hing, Ajwain, Red Chili powder, Haldi Powder, Salt by adding enough water. The batter should not be very thick nor very thin.
4. Rest the batter for about 15 minutes.
5. Now heat the heat in a kadai.
6. Remove the onions roundals from the refrigerator and dip them into the besan batter and deep fry. They should have whole in the center like you do medu wada. Fry until crisp.
7. Remove on absorbent tissue and sprinkle with red chilli powder and chat masala. Serve hot with Dabur Hommade, Kalonji Tamatar ki chutney or green chutney of your choice.
