Kandya Cha Thecha / Onion Pickle

Ingredient:
• 2 Big Onion- Fine Chopped
• ½ Cup Oil
• 2 Tbsp Chili Powder
• Salt to Taste
• Coriander leaves – Fine Chopped

Method:
• Take a metal bowl and add chopped onion, salt & read chili powder
• Mixed it with your figure tips nicely
• Take oil in a tadka pan & heat it extreme level
• Once oil get hot add it onion mixture
• Onion will cooked automatically in contact with hot oil
• And again mixed this mixture properly with spoon
• Garnish it with coriander leafs
• Now “Kandya Cha Thecha” ready for taste
• You can serve this with Roti Or Bhakhri

Tip: You can also store this Thecha/Chutney for 2-3 days in glass container
