Poori Ingredients:
Wheat Flou: 2 Cups
Salt: a Pinch
Semolina: 1/4 Cup ( Upma Rava/Bombay Rava)
Water: as required
Oil: as needed for deep frying

Chicken Curry Ingredients:
Chicken: 1 Kg
Lemon Juice: 1 Teaspoon
Salt: 2 Teaspoons
Chili Powder: 2 Teaspoons
Turmeric Powder: 1/2 Teaspoon
Curd: 2 Tablespoons
Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Coriander Seeds: 2 Teaspoons {roasted}
Cumin Seeds: 1 Teaspoon
Cloves: 6 No's
Cardamom: 3 No's
Cinnamon: 2 to 3 small pieces
Cashews: 7 to 8 No's
Onions: 2 No's
Tomatoes: 2 No's
Oil: 1 1/2 Tablespoon
Water: 1 Cup

Method of Preparation:

Initially will marinate the chicken, add 1 Tsp of Lemovyn squeeze to the cleaned & washed Chicken.
Add 2 Tsp of Salt, let it rest for 5 Min, then add 2 Tsp of Chili Powder.
Add 1/2 a Tsp of Turmeric Powder, 2 Tbs of Curd, 1 1/2 Tsp of Ginger Garlic Paste mix well.
Mix them well, let it coat well to the chicken, and let it rest for a minimum of 1/2 an Hour.
The more the chicken is marinated the tastier it is.
Now, will knead the dough for the Poori.
Add 2 cups of Wheat Flour to a mixing bowl, add 1/4 Cup of Semolina to make Poori soft and fluffy.
Add a pinch of salt, add some water and knead it into a soft and tight dough, let it rest for 15 to 20 Min.
Now, will prepare masala for the chicken curry, to a mixie jar add 2 Tsp of Coriander Powder (roasted).
Add a Tsp of Cumin Seeds, 6 Cloves, 3 Cardamoms, 2 to 3 Cinnamons & 7 to8 Cashews.
Grind them all into a fine powder and place the ground powder in a bowl for some time.
To the same jar add 1 chopped Onion and 2 chopped Tomatoes and grind them into a fine paste.
Heat a pan with 1 1/2 Tbs of Oil, add finely chopped Onion place a lid and fry until transparent.
Add ground Paste to it mix well, and cook for a while with a lid until oil is released.
Then, add marinated chicken and cook it on medium flame.
Cook until water released by the chicken evaporates, add ground powder to it mix them all.
Add a Cup of water for the gravy along with 2 slit Green Chilies.
Adjust the taste accordingly, cook until gravy is thick with a lid stirring it occasionally.
When is chicken is cooked well with the required consistency of the gravy garnish it with some coriander leaves.
Put off the flame and the tasty chicken curry with gravy is ready.
Heat Oil for deep frying the Pooris.
Knead the dough once, make small lemon sized balls with the dough.
Pat them once in a dry flor roll them into Poori.
Roll them in a moderate thickness, drop the poori in the oil slowly.
Pree it with the ladle so that it becomes fluffy, flip turn, and fry it on either side as well.
If wish to have crisp Poori fry them in the oil for more time.
Fluffy Poor and soft Poori with delicious Chicken Curry is ready.
