What is more satisfying than a wholesome delicious Puri Bhaji/Aloo Bhaji & Puri Recipe made at home? here is a multi faceted dish which can be your breakfast, lunch or dinner, Roopa Nabar will show you how to make puri bhaji.

Ingredients:
PURI
1cup Wheat fFour
1tbsp Semolina
1tsp Sugar
1.2 tsp Gram Flour
1tsp Oil
Salt To Taste

BHAJI
4 Potatoes
4 Green Chillies
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
Asafetida
Turmeric Powder
1tsp Grated Ginger
Salt
Curry Leaves
Oil
Coriander leaves
Grated Coconut

Method:
To make the puri's knead all the ingredients into a dough and roll out into puri and fry them in hot oil.

For the bhaaji, heat the oil, temper mustard seeds cumin seeds, asafetida, chillies and Tumeric. Fry it for a minute and then add chopped potatoes in it. Add water and then cover it to cook for about a minute. Then add grated ginger, salt, coriander leaves and cook for another 3 mins. Garnish with grated coconut coconut and serve hot!
