Poori Chicken Curry:

Ingredients:-

Chicken - 200g ( boneless)
Potatoes- 2
Onion - 1
Fennel- 1/2 tsp
Habanero Chillies- 5
Cherry Tomatoes- 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
Turmeric- 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves- 1 bunch
Salt - To Taste
Oil - 1 tb spn
Water - As required

Method:-

In a pan add oil, fennel, onion and saut it. Then add chicken pieces, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, cherry tomatoes, potatoes and bring it to a boil. Then add habanero chillies, and cook till all the water evaporates. In the last adjust salt and garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve it with Hot Puffed Pooris
