Punjabi Style chole
“Chola Masala” or “chana masala” is popular vegetable dish made by Kabuli chana. It always included in wedding and parties lunch or dinners menus and of course in daily meals. If we follow the proper steps, it is so easy to cook. I hope you will like this. Please follow my steps.

Ingredients
250 gm soaked(5-6 hours) kabuli chana
2 medium chopped onion.
1 teabag
1 inch medium chopped ginger
8-9 garlic.
1 chopped green chilly
2 grinded tomato
1 tablespoon chola masala
2 spoon cooking oil
1 tablespoon coriander powder.
1 teaspoon jeera powder.
½ teaspoon aamchur powder
1 tablespoon chilli powder
1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon jeera
2 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon coriander leaves.
1/2 spoon kasuri methi.
