Ingredients:
1. 1kg Mutton
2. 1 small bowl of Curd
3. Ginger Garlic Paste
4. Salt
5. 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
6. Ghee
7. Cumin Seeds
8. Onions
9. 4 Green Chillies
10. 2 Tomatoes
11. Pinch of Red Chilli Powder
12. 250ml Water
13. Garam Masala
14. Spinach
15. Coriander
16. Mint
17. Lemon Juice

Method:
- Mix curd, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder and salt to 1kg mutton.
- Let the mixture marinate for an hour or two.
- Until then, heat some ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds, onions, green chillies, a pinch of salt, chopped tomatoes and red chilli powder and ginger garlic paste.
- Stir well and add the marinated mutton.
- Add 250ml of water to the mixture.
- Cover the cooker with the lid. Keep the flame at simmer and cook it for 10-15 minutes.
- Put off the flame.
- Add garam masala, ground spinach, coriander, mint leaves and lime juice.
