FOR MAKING CHHOLE

CHICKPEAS - 1 CUP ( SOAKED OVERNIGHT AND BOILED )
ONIONS - 2 MEDIUM (FINELY CHOPPED)
TOMATOES - 2 MEDIUM
GREEN CHILLIES - 2
GARLIC CLOVES - 8- 10
GINGER - 1 INCH PIECE
RED CHILLY POWDER - 1 TBSP
SALT -- 1 TBSP OR AS PER TASTE
GARAM MASALA POWDER - 1 TBSP
OIL - 2 TBSP


FOR MAKING BHATURE

REFINED FLOUR - 1CUP
SEMOLINA (SUJI) - 2 TBSP
BAKING POWDER - 1 TBSP
SALT - 1/4 TBSP
FRESH CURD - 1/2 CUP
SUGAR - 1 TBSP
WATER - 2-3 TBSP
OIL - 2 TBSP WHILE KNEADING DOUGH
& FOR FRYING BHATURE
