For Schezwan Sauce
Oil () 4tbsp
Garlic (), Chopped 1 tbsp
Ginger (), Chopped 1 tbsp
Schezwan Pepper ( ) 1 tsp
Onion (), Chopped cup
Red Bell Pepper ( ) 1 tbsp
Yellow Bell Pepper ( )- 1 tbsp
Green Bell Pepper ( ) 1 tbsp
Tomato Ketchup ( ) cup
Soya Sauce Light ( ) cup
Vinegar () 1 tsp
Water () 2 cups
Cornstarch () 1 tbsp
Water a dash
Salt () To taste
Sugar () a pinch
Spring Onions ( ), chopped Handful
