Once it cools, grind it with tamarind and make a fine paste out of it. Cook the pumpkin by adding enough water, sliced onion, green chillyand turmeric, till it cooks well. After that add the grounded mixture and salt to it and cook further untill the pumpkin mashes a bit and the gravy thickness. Heavy oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds, Shallots, dried chilly and curry leaves and fry for few seconds and pour it into the curry and close the lid for 5mins and then its ready to be served with hot rice
