PUMPKIN SPICED MADELINES Ingredients3 tablespoons pumpkin puree½ teaspoon clove powder½ teaspoon cinnamon powder½ cup refined flour2 eggs⅓ cup castor sugar1 teaspoon baking powder¼ cup melted butter Icing sugar for dusting Method1. Preheat oven at 180° C. 2. Break eggs in a bowl. Add castor sugar and beat well.3. Add clove powder, cinnamon powder and pumpkin puree and beat again. 4. Add flour and baking powder and fold well. Add butter and mix well. Transfer the mixture into a piping bag. 5. Pipe the mixture in a silicon madeline mould, tap a little, put in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes. Remove from heat, cool and demould.6. Dust icing sugar and serve.
