Pumpkin Spice Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
cup pumpkin puree
tsp ancho chile powder
tsp. Ground cloves
tsp. Nutmeg
tsp. Cinnamon
tsp. Fresh ginger, minced
tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. bbq sauce
5 Tbsp. brown sugar, packed
1 Tbsp. of sriracha sauce, or more
1 Tbsp. of water to thin sauce if needed
1 lb. chicken wings or more
Coconut oil

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine all ingredients except the chicken into a bowl and stir to combine. Cover a baking sheet with foil and rub a thin coating of coconut oil over the foil.

Lay chicken wings out on foil. Make sure you leave a little space between wings. Brush the sauce on the top and sides of the chicken wings and then place in the oven for 20 minutes.

Take the wings out of the oven and turn over the pieces. Brush more sauce on the second side and return the pan to the oven for 15 minutes longer or until they are no longer pink when you cut into the chicken.

You can garnish with chopped parsley if you like. Enjoy!
