Cheesecake:
2 8oz blocks soft cream cheese
1/2 c sugar
2 ts vanilla extract
2 room temperature eggs
Pumpkin Pie:
2 c pumpkin puree
1 c brown sugar
1/2 ts fine salt
2 room temperature eggs
1/2 c cream
2 ts vanilla extract
1 ts pumpkin spice
